The hotel had a great location, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. The amenities were top-notch and the hotel had a classy vibe. It was perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

It has not fulfilled my expection because it was my first experence of booking by net the room sizes were found little congusted or too small however breakfast and views from restaurent we enjoyed so much.it was exellent both.

I had a great stay at the Intelligent Hotel Annex in Hiroshima. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station and close to the downtown area. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day out exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when my sister forgot her ID back in Osaka. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel had helpful information on places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, friendly service, and convenient location.

The young lady at the front desk had good english skills and this was much appreciated especially as this was rare in the rest of my travels in Japan.. The front desk staff in general were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the view of the river.

Very nice breakfast. The hotel is close to the Hiroshima train station (10 minutes by foot) and about 20 minutes by foot from the Museum of the Peace. Very quiet.

My room had two windows which were in front of... A wall (less than 1 meter)! So no light, no sun... Old fashion decoration.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional, making check-in easy. The hotel had excellent amenities and was centrally located. It was just a short walk to all the historical sites related to the atomic bomb, as well as great restaurants and the train station.

The Hiroshima Intelligent Hotel ANNEX is slightly further from the Train station than the hotel with the 'Annex' missing but is still only a 10/15 minute walk from the station. On the outside the hotel looks like a normal concrete cuboid but on the inside they have gone for a sort of 1950s Amercan feel which extends to the cream nightshirt they provide for you in your room. The hotel is walkable to Hirosahima's main shopping and eating and nightlife districts and if you're feeling energetic, not that far from the Peace Park, or the lovely park on the hill which contains the Hiroshima museum of Comporary Art. And if you're not feeling energetic, there are tram stops right outside. I had to pay extra for breakfast but it was plentiful and you sit in a nice river view room.

I was a little annoyed that breakfast wasn't inlcuded in the price when I thought it was.

Limited parking options. Some rooms have too many doors which can be annoying.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the A-bomb park and museum as well as the train station. The room was comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view over the river. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a central base in Hiroshima.

The hotel is wonderfully located near the Peace Promenade and Peace Memorial Park. Convenient tram ride from the train station. Good restaurants and shopping close by. Helpful and friendly staff. Single rooms are spacious with beautiful river views.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Hiroshima station and all main sights by StreetCar, and a short walk to the downtown area. the rooms are clean and comfortable with well laid out micro-bathrooms. Free coffee is available in the afternoon. the staff is polite and accommodating, with English maps available.

The coffee is only available after 4 pm, and the walls are thin, possibly leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Hiroshima. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The breakfast provided a good variety of Japanese and Western options. it was a pleasant experience.

The lobby could be bigger to accommodate more guests comfortably.
